A Chinese worker recounts what she suffers every day in the factory: daily humiliation. At the same time, a Senegalese stage supervisor denounces the cruelty that his company manager can use to “make money”. Elsewhere, a quality assurance manager sees his family relationship deteriorate under the pressure of work. And in Bucharest, a research and development engineer talks about her difficulty in integrating, succeeding and climbing the ladder.
